HIP HOP meets CLASSICAL ✭ Greatest Instrumentals Mash Up │13 Tracks Mix

Who says Classical Music is boring and Hip Hop is not music?
From solemn East Coast legends like Nas to celebration MCs like Ludacris, plenty of rappers have skimmed grandeur off of classical music.
Nas – I Can (Beethoven’s Für Elise hooked up to boom-bap drums), Coolio – C U When U Get There (the sample is Pachelbel’s “Canon in D), Ludacris – Coming two America (Mozart’s “Requiem” and Dvorak’s Symphony No. 9), are just a few examples of this odd meeting point among two disparate art forms.
Now “Hip Hop meets Classical” collects the greatest hip hop instrumentals based on some of the most common classical music melodies.

The beginning shocked the heck out of me,lol. I had my headphones on and had the volume up,thinking the beat was going to ease itself right in,but to my surprise it came in as soon as it was able to play. Lol,won’t do that again. I hope I didn’t just push back the life span of my hearing. Lol

A lot of old school sentiment. Not sure today’s "hip-hopper" can appreciate. The tempo has a nice lean back feel. Just makes you wanna roll a rillo… and I’m only 10 minutes into it… it’s got an after the kill, after the score, late night feel… count today’s paper, hit the sheets at sunrise 🌅 I could come home to this beautiful house and love the girl who’s still there… Who’s Still There?😎zall she says… Thanks A bunch, serious memories…

in a way, this is an audio time travel into my past. Up to the age of 10 in Budapest, I heard nothing but Classical, then in 1957 I arrived in U.S.A. and for the first time, I experienced what is called nowadays as the Golden Oldies/Rock-N-Roll. Thanks for the trip and for a great spin especially J. Petchabells Cannon in D/HipHop combo, awesome. I dab a bit in mixing myself just for pass-time and in 2008 I did a novice remix of Cannon under the name of Oldjam1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_29vUKnSy8

Now THIS is the type of music I wouldn’t mind hearin’ at a club!! I can’t even imagine how difficult it must be to get 2 such opposing genres of music to blend so well! Kudos!!
